NYE Special! Speed Friending Evening in Brighton!

This New Year’s Eve, we’re creating something a little different, a warm, welcoming space for people who want connection rather than chaos. If you’ve ever wished you had more friends, wanted to meet new people, or simply fancy starting the night in a friendly, low-pressure environment, this event is for you.

Join us upstairs at the pub from 5.30pm, where you’ll take part in relaxed, structured speed-friending rounds designed to help you meet a variety of people in a natural, enjoyable way. No awkward small talk, no pressure, just genuine conversations with others who are also looking to expand their social circle.

We’ll guide you through each step, so you can settle in, feel comfortable, and get chatting with ease. You’re welcome to come on your own; in fact, most people will.

Starting earlier means:

• You can enjoy the full speed-friending experience before the DJ starts at 8pm.
• You’ll have met new people by the time the night really gets going.
• You can choose how the rest of your evening unfolds.

When the structured rounds finish at around 8pm, there will be mingling with the people you’ve just met until at least 9pm, possibly later, depending on how many people wish to stay. Equally, if you have other plans later, you can head off anytime from 8 feeling uplifted, confident, and with a great start to your night.
