Your NYE extravaganza ticket includes a night of internationally inspired food and wine, and dancing into the New Year! It all begins with a welcome glass of Siren Song 2022 The Muse Sparkling Wine, with a fabulous Appetizer Buffet, our Signature Paella as the main course, and topped off with a chef-crafted Dessert Selection.
Your dining experience will be followed by an evening of DJ dancing and time for you to enjoy the Chelan fireworks display!

Butter poached lobster served in a toasty bun with a tarragon and bacon aioli

Spiced lamb sausage with a velvety rarebit cheese sauce
