New Year's Eve Celebration Guidelines

No Drinks in the Bar Area:

We kindly remind you that no drinks are to be brought into the bar area. If you wish to bring your own beverages for the other communal areas for personal consumption, please hand them over to the reception upon check-in.

Smoking Prohibition & Respectful Outdoor Behaviour:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within our building premises, including balconies. Please be mindful of noise levels when outside the building. Let's show respect to our neighbours by avoiding any disruptive noise.

Zero Tolerance for Antisocial Behaviour:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for antisocial behaviour. Warnings will be issued to those who do not adhere to the guidelines, and further action may be taken if necessary.

Guest Policy:

All non-Florence Dock residents, including Florence Dock guests, Palm House and Sunday Mills residents, are required to leave the premises by 2am.

Right to Remove Offenders:

Please be aware that we reserve the right to remove anyone who does not comply with the aforementioned rules. We also reserve the right to deny access to the spaces that the events are taking place due to capacity restrictions, without a valid ticket.

Limited Amenity Access:

In the interest of everyone's safety, some amenities may be temporarily taken out of action during the New Year's celebration. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Agenda:

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Registration and Check-In

7:00 pm - 11:30 pm: Bar Area

11:30 pm - 12:30 am: 7th Floor Terrace Firework Display

12:30 am: Departure from 7th Floor - No gatherings allowed

1:00 am - 2:00 am: Bar Area

2:00am: Departure

To ensure that you and your guests have the best experience at the event, we kindly request that you review and purchase the correct tickets based on your residency status:

Residents of Folk:

Please purchase the appropriate ticket. This ensures access to the designated area for residents and guests.

Guests:

Kindly select "General Admission" tickets for your guests to ensure a seamless entry into the event. Please note that the name of the guest needs to be on the ticket.

We can only guarantee entrance to this events to valid ticket holders due to limited capacity of the venue and we have the right to eject patrons if that capacity is reached.
