All tickets are non-refundable.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS (GA):
Seating is limited and on a first-in, first-served basis – we do not reserve seating or tables for GA. You may purchase up to 10 tickets online at a time. All general admission tickets are available up to 24 hours before setting sail unless sold out prior.
GA tickets still allow you to move freely around the vessel (subject to level capacity restrictions).

LEVELS ARE SUBJECT TO CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS - DEPENDING ON OUR POSITION ON THE HARBOUR, YOU MAY HAVE TO MOVE THROUGHOUT THE VESSEL TO VIEW THE FIREWORKS.
