nycoba | NOMA On-Site with NYC DDC: Mary Cali Dalton Recreation Center

Please join nycoba NOMA for our upcoming OnSite construction site visit to the Mary Cali Dalton Recreation Center in Staten Island. This educational tour will be led by the NYC DDC construction team. The new recreation center will replace the Cromwell Recreation Center that was severely damaged in 2012 by Superstorm Sandy.

The new center will offer a variety of recreational amenities, including sports courts, four electric vehicle charging stations, a gymnasium, dance and movement space, and fitness and cardio rooms. It is one of the city's first Design-Build projects as well and is expected to reach substantial completion by June 2026.

Priority will be given to licensure candidates needing construction & evaluation AXP credits.
