About this Event

This property is a new 7-story residential condominium building. It is a reinforced concrete structure sitting on spread and pile footings. The building will be finished with a stucco exterior. As the special inspectors on the project, Nico Zapata, the principal at NiZa Works, will be going over the technical aspects of the building’s construction.

* Bring your own PPE. Hard hats and closed-toe shoes are required.
