NYCMT Presents: Rooted in Community :Find Your Tribe within the Village!

Every great educator knows that we were never meant to do this work alone. As we begin a new school year, we invite you to reconnect with the power of your village—the colleagues, mentors, friends, and fellow educators who challenge you, encourage you, and help you become your best self.

This year’s kick-off is centered around finding your tribe within the village: building meaningful connections, discovering the people who inspire and support you, and creating a community where both personal and professional growth can thrive.

Come ready to connect, reflect, laugh, and discover your people. Because when we find our tribe, we don’t just grow individually—we grow stronger together.
