Saturdays invite presence with a 1-hour rooftop yoga class and sound bath with a view in the Heart of New York City at ART Midtown.

This flow experience blends dynamic movement with healing sounds to help you find presence in the heart of NYC.

• Sound Bath Meditation:Guided sound immersion for calm & presence
• ​Grounding Breathing Exercises: Feel centered and ready for the day.

• Guided by Dí Santana, a Certified Sound Meditation Leader and Yoga Instructor. As the Founder of Attentive Wellness, Dí helps professionals regulate their nervous system through mindfulness.
