NYC Mayoral & Comptroller Candidate Forum

Elections for NYC Mayor and Comptroller will be taking place on November 4th, 2025. The purpose of this forum is to educate voters and community leaders on the candidates intended policies and address their issues. NYREC will invite candidates of both comptroller and mayor to participate in the forum consisting of two panels. We anticipate 200 attendees for this panel style discussion.

Each “panel” will be 30 minutes of Q&A with the moderator, as well as an opportunity to take questions from the audience. After the forum has ended, we will allow time for the candidates to engage with the attendees on the floor.

NYREC is committed to being non-biased and will ensure that this event remains non- partisan. All speakers should have unfavored and fair questioning. At this time, and at the time of the event NYREC will not have made an endorsement on any candidate.
