• Classes will take place on Monday, November 18th and Monday, November25th; 9AM-4:30PM. YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH CLASSES TO TAKE THE EXAM.
• Instructor: Our experienced Department of Health Instructor will guide you through the training.
• Materials: All necessary materials will be provided for the training.
• Exams: Exams will be scheduled and administered by the instructor. Participants who successfully complete the course and pass will be fully DOH certified for health & safety across NYC.
• Class Fee: Includes all materials, exam fees and license card pick up. Please ensure payment is made prior to the class.
• Requirements: To be eligible for the exams, attendees must complete 15 hours of training.
