The NYC Doll Convention is an annual convention focusing on Ball Jointed Dolls and related toys. This event is a two-day celebration of our love for the community of artists, creators, and collectors that make this hobby possible. We recognize that this hobby is worldwide, and would be proud to share our amazing city with you. Come explore unique dolls, accessories, and more. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to connect with fellow doll lovers!

The NYC Doll Convention is a two-day event. Both days will include access to our vendor hall, panels, workshops, games wiht prizes, and raffle tickets for sale.

We will be updating the Program Schedule as able, but suggest buying two-day passes to avoid missing out on something.

Saturday: 11 AM - 6 PM (VIP Weekend Pass holders may enter at 10 AM)
Sunday: 9 AM - 4 PM

VIP Weekend Pass: $135* – a Weekend Pass plus 1-hour early entry on Saturday to the vendor floor, a raffle ticket bundle ($15 value), a logo-printed tote bag ($15 value), a limited-edition enamel pin ($10 value), with additional items donated by our generous sponsors.

Weekend Pass: $95*

Saturday Pass: $60*

Sunday Pass: $55*

VIP passes are limited to 100, and other tickets will be capped to meet the capacity limits of our event space. Once they are sold out, we cannot add more.


We highly suggest purchasing sooner rather than later; we sold out tickets our first two years. Last year, we sold out of VIP tickets in about an hour and we sold out of tickets months before the event.
At this time, we do not plan on selling tickets at the convention. If tickets do not sell out prior to the convention, they will close a week before the event.


All tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable!
We ask anyone who is reselling their ticket does not charge more than what the ticket costs (including taxes & fees), in order to keep this event as accessible as possible for everyone.
We have been made aware in the past of fake convention ticket scams. Official tickets will ONLY be available from our official Eventbrite. Please exercise caution around purchasing tickets secondhand and contact [[email protected]] with the seller’s email and order number before sending payment so we can verify that the ticket is legitimate.


IMPORTANT PROGRAM AND RAFFLE INFORMATION:
Ticketed Raffles take place on Sunday at approx. 1pm. Saturday-only tickets are not eligible for the raffle, as the physical ticket must be in presence on Sunday to claim prizes. Raffle ticket sales end approx. one hour prior to the raffle drawing. Guests must be in attendance at the time of drawing to receive their prize(s). If they are not present and/or do not claim their prize upon their ticket being drawn & called, there will be additional tickets drawn & called until a present winner accepts the prize(s). The winning ticket will be verified by staff confirming the ticket number.
Last event, our raffle started 30 minutes later and lasted 30 mintues longer than we anticpated, we will try to start promptly and end on time so that attendees will have time after the raffle to continue shopping and enjoying the event.

Important Ticket Update!

Please note that for the 2027 event, Eventbrite is set to one ticket per transaction.

To clarify, this does NOT mean one ticket per person! You are more than welcome to purchase multiple tickets; they just need to be bought in separate transactions.

We are implementing this change for two major reasons:

  • Fraud Prevention: Limiting transactions helps us protect our community from scammers, who frequently try to sell multiple fake tickets at once.
  • Easier Transfers: In the past, Eventbrite wouldn't allow us to split a single ticket off from a larger order. Individual transactions will make the ticket transfer process much smoother for everyone if your plans change.

Please note, splitting transactions will not cause an increase in fees/taxes.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we make these updates to ensure a safe and seamless experience for everyone!

RULES

  • Please act with kindness.
  • Staff/venue is not responsible for any items or persons left unattended.
  • Harassment/bad sportsmanship aimed at staff, vendor, or other convention guests will not be tolerated, and may result in ejection without refund at staff’s discretion.
  • The NYC Doll Convention is a Pro-Artist event. Recast/bootleg/illegally reproduced Ball Jointed Dolls are prohibited at this event. If staff have reasonable suspicion of a doll of any guest or vendor being openly carried or displayed being a recast, the doll will need to be removed from display, unless proof of authenticity is provided. Any additional incident may result in in badge revocation and in ejection without refund.
  • No children under age 13. Minors ages 13-17 with an adult guardian are permitted.
  • No pets. Trained service animals only. Please consider contacting (via email: [email protected]) us prior to the event to inform us if you are bringing a service animal so we can discuss any accommodations that we can provide you and your service animal at the event.
  • Vendor Hall Stroller & Cart policy: We do not allow strollers or carts/wagons for carrying dolls. Mobility aids that are a medical necessity are, of course, welcome.
  • VIP bags are limited to one per attendee. VIP swag bags must be claimed in person by the ticket holder. We will not ship or permit 'pick ups'.
  • No smoking, vaping, alcoholic drinks premitted inside the event space.
  • This event will be photographed & filmed and the images & video may be used on our website & social media as well as the venue’s for promotional purposes. By attending, all guests & vendors consent to being photographed or filmed.
  • Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
  • All passes are non-refundable.
