Join us at The Pastry Project to delve into the art of crafting chewy bagels with a fluffy interior and golden crust.

In this hands-on class, you'll be guided through the entire bagel-making process, from mixing to hand-shaping, boiling, and baking. But we don't stop there – we'll also whip up some delightful schmears to complement our freshly baked bagels.

Each attendee will leave with a variety of their own homemade bagels and delicious schmears to enjoy at home.

No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
