NX Members Launch Event

This event brings together a carefully selected group of individuals — those building businesses, operating in, or progressing into senior roles — for more meaningful conversations and long-term connections. They will join an invited panel of experienced leaders who will share how they have approached key decisions, challenges and opportunities throughout their careers, offering additional perspectives to the discussions in the room.

This evening is designed for individuals under 35 who are:

• building businesses
• operating in or progressing into senior roles
• stepping into positions of responsibility within their organisations

NX is built on a simple idea — that better conversations happen when the right people are in the room. The focus is on creating an environment where individuals can:

• share real experiences from the roles and businesses they are part of
• exchange perspectives on decisions, opportunities and approaches
• connect with others operating at a similar level
• build relationships that continue and last well beyond a single event
• bring greater clarity and confidence to individuals in their own roles
• learn from experienced leaders who share perspectives and experiences from their own careers

The intention is to create a more considered room — where conversations are more useful and more relevant.

Most people operate within a single organisation and industry, often shaped by the same patterns of thinking.

NX is intentionally cross-sector.

By bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and environments, the room introduces a wider range of perspectives — exposing people to different ways of approaching decisions, challenges and opportunities.

Due to the curated nature of NX, attendance is limited.

• Apply to Attend — registrations are treated as an expression of interest and will be reviewed
• NX Guest Pass — limited availability for non-members who would like to experience NX before applying for membership
