NWTC Student Presentations - AIA Jurors Needed

This event is a mentoring opportunity for AIA members. The Architectural Technology Program students at NWTC in Green Bay are presenting their second-year studio project concepts showcasing their sustainable goals and design concepts for a retail building in downtown Green Bay. Please show you support for these students and encourage them to pursue a career in architecture. AIA members will serve as judges for the event and help select a winning design concept for an AIA award/prize.

L earning Objectives:

• Identify the planning and sustainable goals that appear in bike shop design concepts and imagery.
• Discuss teaming requirements and elements necessary for successful integrated project delivery.
• Recognize design elements and solutions to troubleshoot issues in the design concept creation.
• Hear about the Trades and Engineering wing of the College showcasing hands-on learning strategies for architecture and related career paths.
