Do your kids love to run, jump, and climb everywhere? So do we!Join us starting October 23 for the Kids Parkour class for the NW San Antonio communities! We'll develop our spatial awareness, coordination, and balance while we learn to jump, vault, and climb!
In these classes, students learn critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills they will use for the rest of their life. We at Seek Parkour believe that everyone has the ability to identify, face, and overcome the challenges associated with growth and positive change!
Who:
Ages 7 - 14
(Our age groups are normally split 7 - 10 and 11 - 14. If there is enough demand, we are also happy to start a class for our youngest age group of 4 - 6)
When:
Saturday at 11 am

What to expect:
- Warm-up for brains and bodies
- Group and teamwork activities
- Introduction to obstacles and skills
- Challenges and movement puzzles
- Cooldown and reflection
What to wear:
- comfortable active and sportswear
- closed-toe shoes
- hair tied out of face
What to bring:
- water bottle
- snack (as needed)
- a smile
- a friend
*This event is designed as an Intro-style $15 Drop-in class with the possibility of regular weekly classes continuing on a day that works best for the majority of participants.
* A roster will be available the day of for those who would like to register for regular classes. The event fee can be applied towards the registration.
