This two-day course is for those who have completed an NVC foundation and are ready to deepen their integration of Nonviolent Communication as a living practice. We’ll explore how to bring more peace, clarity, and authenticity into your everyday life—especially in moments of tension, reactivity, or disconnection. Through experiential exercises, supported self-reflection, and real-life application, you'll strengthen your capacity to express yourself honestly, hear others with greater empathy, and stay grounded in compassion—even when it's hard. This is an opportunity to transform patterns of judgment and conflict into connection, to meet unresolved challenges with care and curiosity, and to cultivate relationships rooted in mutual understanding, freedom, and choice.Trainers: Melinda Knudsen, supported by Ricky Shipard
Prior Learning Required: Completed an NVC Foundation Course
