Main talk
From Misalignment to Coalition: A Case Study in Turning Stakeholder Drama into Delivery
Most designers learn stakeholder management the hard way: confused after a review, quietly furious, not sure what to do next. This talk argues that it's not a people problem - it's an alignment problem. And alignment is a skill. Drawing on a real project that took twice as long as it should have, Klaudia maps the three fault lines that derail most design work - understanding, language, and decision rights - and shares the habits that turn stakeholders into a coalition of UX champions. Practical, honest, and built from the work itself.
Klaudia Rudna is a Senior Product & Service Designer with a finance background and extensive experience across B2B and B2C SaaS. She has led design projects for platforms serving 225 million users and delivered a service blueprint that identified £150k in annual savings.
