Step into a sanctuary of softness and gratitude. Nurture Her is a curated wellness experience dedicated to the caregivers, the sisters, the mothers, and everyone who plays a nurturing role in our lives. This is a space for you to pause, breathe, and be poured back into.

From the vibration of sound healing to the comfort of a fresh matcha, this event is your invitation to release the mental load and honor your well-being in a beautiful, supportive space.

The Journey

1:15 PM | Doors Open Arrive early to settle in, find your space on the mat, and begin to transition into a state of calm.

1:30 PM | Yoga & Sound Healing with Daniela We begin with a gentle yoga flow led by Daniela, designed to release tension and open the heart. The movement will melt into a deep sound immersion, using frequency and vibration to soothe the nervous system and bring the mind into total stillness.

2:15 PM | Sip, Snack & Socialize The final portion of our afternoon is dedicated to nourishment and connection. Stay and linger as we transition into our social hour with treats and a high tea all inclusive.

• Mimi Matcha Pop-Up: Treat yourself at our dedicated matcha bar. Mimi Matcha will be crafting premium whisks on-site to help you find your post-yoga glow (available for purchase).
• Famous Banana Pudding: Looking for the ultimate comfort treat? Mimi’s famous banana pudding will be available to satisfy your sweet tooth (available for purchase).
• Complimentary High tea: Enjoy a selection of complimentary light bites as you connect with other like-minded souls and ease into the rest of your Sunday.
