About this Event

For women, nutrition can be a little more complicated than for other people because we have multiple cycles. Of course, there are the seasonal cycles that we all might be affected by. But the hormonal cycles of women may also affect the nutritional needs of the female body.


During the last women’s circle, we focused on intuitive eating. Let’s apply this in today’s Soul Sensing Women’s circle and workshop on the menstrual cycle. How can we let our body intuition tune into the needs of our menstrual cycle?


For this, we need to learn about:

  • the hormonal balance during the menstrual cycle.
  • the hormonal influence on our nutritional needs.
  • the right moments to build up or detox our bodies.
  • how the cycle influences emotions and how emotions influences food intake (your eating or not-wanting-to-eat-monster).
  • the way our intuition can tune into bodily needs of this moment.
  • how to tune into our wombs for intuition and consult.


After this workshop and beautiful women’s circle, you will:

  • know what you need in each part of your menstrual cycle.
  • understand the influence of hormones on your emotions and food intake.
  • be able to accept your eating habits during any phase of the cycle.
  • what PMS (premenstrual syndrome) actually is.
  • have confidence in your abilities to understand your body.
  • be able to change one of your eating habits into a new one that your body currently needs.
  • learn tools to tune into your bodily needs during your cycle.


Learn about your specific menstrual cycle and how to tune into it for your needs. We will move, gain knowledge and tune into our intuition to discover how can use our menstrual cycle for our nutritional balance. Grow your confidence in knowing what you need to take care of yourself during each phase of your menstrual cycle.
