Join this free program and work with Penn State Extension Nutrition Education Supervisor, Tammy Garrett to complete lessons featuring healthy eating tips covering smart shopping, food preparation, and delicious recipes. Receive a certificate of completion when you attend all lessons. This six-week course will take place in the Children’s Department on the following dates:September 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31

*Participants who complete the course will receive their choice of a FREE crockpot, blender or skillet, courtesy of a Fund for the Future grant from the Community Foundation of the Alleghenies.
