Nutrition During the First Year Fri, Dec 13 | 10am-Noon

This workshop focuses on providing parents and expectant parents education about nutrition during their child's first year. It will provide information about breast feeding, formula feeding, when and how to introduce solids into the baby's diet, in addition to providing community resources to aid in supporting parents and their children during the first year.
🔷Open to authorized base patrons with children under the age of one (1) or expectant parents.
