Chesprocott Health District is partnering with Jessica Dorner, RD for an informative nutrition class at the Cheshire Public Library. Please note, this is a two part event, and will be followed by a grocery tour on 4/1 at the Cheshire Stop & Shop. Learn about the importance of a balanced diet and how to make healthier food choices.
