Nurturing Self-Compassion: A Pause for Refueling

Our natural human tendency is often to do and give more than may be best for our health, especially when we are caregiving for others, grieving a loss, managing illness, or during other emotional or busy times. Big emotions can make managing the most ordinary tasks overwhelming. We may feel like we have run out of "gas", or are just depleted in body, mind and spirit. In this guided reflective session, you will experience methods for deeper awareness and rest, while also re-filling your own well-being tank.
