Immerse yourself in a day devoted to slowing down, awareness, intuition, and embodiment. Come connect with like-minded individuals and nurture presence. A day of ceremony, cacao, mindfulness, shamanic journeying, honing intuition, and ecstatic dance.

In shamanic traditions, the directions of the medicine wheel and the spirits of those directions hold a specific energy. The spirit of the west represents autumn, old age, introspection, contemplation, slowing down, patience, intuition, letting go, and listening. In this mini-retreat we are attuning to the medicine of the west, creating a sacred container to slow down, reflect, listen, and become present in our body and receptive to our intuition.

This day will be a sacred container of peace and embodiment.
