Nurturing Our Higher Selves

This transformative healing arts workshop will allow participants to reflect on the most evolved, healed, sacred, intuitive, and fully loved version of themselves through the creation of a passion pouch.
Guided by two experienced art therapists, participants will engage in artmaking and writing exercises to nurture their "Higher Selves" while exploring creative strategies for increasing their capacity for self-care, self-love, and self-compassion.
As session two in Audacity 2 Heal’s workshop series, this creative journey aims to provide Black womxn with a sacred space to reflect, heal, and fortify their spirit amidst an increasingly hostile political climate.
Join us as we continue to embrace the power of radical self-care as a form of resistance and collective empowerment! Please feel free to bring items that are meaningful to you that you might wish to incorporate in your passion pouch.

• The registration cost includes a catered lunch and all necessary supplies.
• Although the registration cost is non-refundable, it is transferable.
• The Silver Spring Metro station is the closest station to the venue and is .6 miles away.
• The Town Square Garage ($1.25 / hour) is located across the street from the venue.
