Raising teen daughters can be so rewarding but also SO tough! It can feel lonely and isolating wihtout other's to share the challenges with. It truly takes a village. Come join a community of moms who understand the unique challenges and joys of raising teenage daughters and learn from Dr. Kim and other experts about different topics related to raising daughters.

What to Expect:

• Engaging Discussions: Each month, we’ll dive into topics that matter most and share experiences with each other.
• Expert Insights: Gain valuable insights and practical advice on navigating the tween, teen, and young adult transitions from Dr. Kim and other experts.

• Educational Highlights: Learn about various topics relevant to the stages of your daughter's growth, including emotional wellness, navigating friendships, and preparing for independence.

We will discuss how to help oureslves and our daughters understand the true meaning of self-care and how to integrate it into your lives in a way that is sustainable, holistic, and empowering.
