This supportive, judgment-free group is for new moms seeking connection during baby's first year – first-time and experienced mamas welcome! Join us to find your village of other mothers who are in it with you.
Our group explores topics such as health and wellness, relationships, mood changes, bonding with your baby, body image, sexuality, and more.
Come for the connection, stay for the community. We welcome you just as you are, no matter what you're going through. You are most definitely not alone. 💚
🌿 GROUP SCHEDULE: 9/13/25 - 11/22/25*
Saturdays: 12pm – 1pm
Tiedeman Park: Washington & Atlantic, Savannah
*No group on October 11
Join us for as many groups as you like! Each session runs about an hour – you may join for any amount of time. You are always welcome to arrive late and leave early.
🌿 REGISTRATION INFO:
Registration for all group sessions is required and takes less than 2 minutes to complete: bridget.intakeq.com/booking
Nurture Community Support is $10/session; package rates and sliding-scale options are available.
Nurture offers a mutual-aid structure where those who are able may sponsor group sessions for mamas experiencing financial hardship. Women supporting women is the heart of our group's ethic. 💚
🌿 IMPORTANT INFO:
⭐️ Babies 12 months and under are welcome (but not required) to join you. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate older children.
⭐️ Please bring any sunscreen/bug spray you may need + something to sit on – the ground can be damp.
⭐️ There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM at Tiedeman Park.
⭐️ If we have rain at 12pm, group will be canceled.
⭐️ Free parking is plentiful all along the park. The closest spots to where we sit are on Washington near Reynolds.
⭐️ Nurture is designed to include and affirm all parenting experiences, including single and divorced parents, LGBTQ+ parents, and adoptive parents. Nurture does not discriminate or support bias based on race, culture, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or birth/parenting choices, or reproductive history.
⭐️ Nurture offers peer and social support and is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
