This supportive, non-judgmental group is for moms seeking connection during baby's first year – first-time and experienced mamas welcome! Come out to meet others who are in it with you. We got your back. ?✮
We'll explore topics such as health and wellness, relationships, mood changes, bonding with your baby, body image, sexuality, and more.

For this spring session, we will be back at Tiedeman Park, across the street from Savannah Arts High School in Ardsley Park, Savannah. We'll gather in a shady spot on the park's west side. There is plentiful free parking alongside the park. If you need further directions, please see map posted in this event!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate older children – babies 12 months and under are welcome to join you.

Suggested donation of $10 per group. ALL donations will go toward the Georgia Fund for Perinatal Mental Health (gofund.me/685c2a24) raising money to provide fully funded therapy sessions for perinatal moms & parents in Georgia. Donate via cash or Venmo (@bridget-cross). Thank you for your support!
