Nurture, Reflect & Rest
Deep-Winter Retreat Day
Treat yourself to a luxurious day of practice designed to nourish your system in deep Winter. We’ll sink into the season’s quiet, natural rhythm of rooting, musing, and gently dreaming of what’s to come.
The day will include a mix of slow, gentle asana and deeply restful restorative yoga, plus soothing breathing practices, guided relaxations and meditations, poetry, and time for reflection and contemplation.

Notes for registration:
• The day will include a 90 minute lunch break. Feel free to bring a personal picnic to enjoy outside. There are also yummy cafe options right nearby.
• Bring a journal if you’d like.
