This months Nurture Night is with Angelica,
— Kundalini yoga teacher from 2018 and an early childhood educator since 2017.
At the heart of both roles is supporting emotional awareness and self-regulation. She is incredibly passionate about her work and helps people reconnect with their inner light, rediscover their purpose, or simply move through life with more ease.
Angelica holds our weekly Nervous System Reset class on a Monday evening and enjoys holding space for breathwork and chanting meditations.
They create a deep sense of calm and connection—helping to harmonise the mind and heart while expanding awareness.
