Welcome to Nurture & Bloom: A Maternal Wellness Experience!

At Raising Resilience, we are deeply committed to enhancing maternal mental health by offering culturally sensitive support and transformative wellness experiences. We understand that true well-being goes beyond the physical—mental health is at the core of our overall wellness.

Join us on Friday, May 9th, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday, May 10th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for two days dedicated to nurturing mothers in every stage of their journey. This special event will take place at the Open Concept Studio and The Hamilton, both located in the vibrant heart of Charlotte.


Day One: Move & Bloom

Friday, May 9th | 7 pm- 9 pm

Nurture & Bloom: Day 1 is all about relaxation, renewal, and connection—a space for mothers to pour back into themselves. The day begins with a Pilates session, designed to release tension, build resilience, and help you reconnect with your body. Next, immerse yourself in a deeply calming sound bowl session, allowing soothing vibrations to promote emotional balance and mindfulness. As you embrace the moment, create a lasting keepsake with personalized permanent jewelry, a beautiful symbol of your journey. Indulge in curated cocktails and mocktails, handcrafted to complement the serene and celebratory energy of the day.

Each attendee will also receive a customized flower vase with an affirmation specialized towards giving yourself gratitude in motherhood—a heartfelt reminder of your resilience, love, and the beauty of your journey.

This is a time for intention, self-care, and sisterhood—because you deserve to nurture yourself and bloom into your next season.

For mothers who struggle with making time for themselves, Day 1 serves as a powerful reset—an intentional reminder that prioritizing your well-being is not a luxury but a necessity. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of self, a deeper understanding of how to integrate moments of rest and care into your daily life, and the confidence to give yourself permission to slow down and recharge. This day is about releasing guilt, embracing self-care, and reclaiming the space you deserve to nurture yourself.


Day Two: Gather & Reflect

Saturday, May 10 | 1–4 PM

Day 2: Gather and Reflect will offer a light lunch, along with more curated cocktails and mocktails. This day will center around real conversations about how to navigate motherhood, build community, and support one another through the challenges and joys of this journey. Day 2 will also include an all-star panel of experts who will share their insights on maternal health and wellness. We’re extending Day 2 to caregivers, dads, and partners, as we know their involvement is critical in the conversations around maternal mental health and overall well-being.

For mothers attending Day 2, the key takeaway will be practical strategies, expert guidance, and a deeper sense of community and support. You’ll leave with actionable tools to navigate motherhood with confidence, insights from experts on prioritizing your well-being, and connections with other mothers and families who truly understand the journey. Most importantly, you'll gain a renewed sense of empowerment, knowing you’re not alone in this experience.

Both events are open to mothers, parents, maternal mental health advocates, and maternal health professionals who are passionate about supporting mothers and families. Whether you're a mom-to-be, a new mother, navigating the complexities of conception or fertility challenges, or someone thinking about motherhood in the future, this event is for you. We also warmly welcome those who have experienced infant loss. This event is the perfect opportunity to celebrate Mother's Day or enjoy a girl's weekend with your mom or friends. We’ve carefully curated this experience to foster connection, support, and rejuvenation for all attendees.

Let your body breathe. Let your mind rest.

Day One is all about slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. You’ll move gently through a beginner-friendly Pilates mat class, then unwind with a calming sound bath. You’ll sip wellness drinks, be surrounded by care—not judgment—and leave feeling reset, like your body and mind finally caught up with each other.

This night is your reset.

This day is your reminder—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to do this by yourself.
