Nursing Career Exploration Program at MetroHealth 12/13

Join MetroHealth Medical Center for an exciting opportunity to spend a day shadowing a nurse on the inpatient floor or outpatient department to gain real-world experience in the field.

Each program date consists of shadowing two units of interest to the student with a brief lunch in between. When filling out your application, you'll indicate what areas of interest you would like to learn more about, and they will do their best to ensure that you are able to shadow in that department!

This opportunity would be a great experience and fit for those interested in studying nursing, health sciences, medicine, biology, etc. This experience will count towards the new Honors Diploma field experience requirement, the OhioMeansJobs Diploma Seal, the Community Service Diploma Seal, and the Experienceship graduation cord. This is not for course credit.
