Press pause and reset with Nurse Diaries UK. This Pilates event brings together nurses and women from all walks of life to move, learn, and feel empowered in their bodies—including support for pelvic and gynaecological health.

Choose your Pilates experience when purchasing your ticket. One room offers mat Pilates, a grounding practice using bodyweight to build strength, control, and connection. The other features reformer Pilates, using specialist equipment to support, guide, and deepen movement through resistance. Both sessions are inclusive, beginner-friendly, and focused on women’s health, pelvic wellbeing, and full-body reset.
