Suzanne Hogan who has family ties in Ecuador and Costa Rica grew up in the Brookside area of Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating from The College of Santa Fe in New Mexico, she became a podcast producer, storyteller, host, educator, presenter, and consultant based in Kansas City, Missouri. She is also the Senior Managing Producer for KCUR Studios, the podcast wing of KCUR 89.3 FM, Kansas City’s NPR affiliate.
