The NueFlo Community Walk & Talk is a chance to get out of the gym, get some steps in and connect with the people around you.

Nothing too serious, think of it more like a friends meet-up. We’ll go for a walk, grab a coffee and have a chat about training, goals, life and whatever else comes up along the way.

The idea is simple: build new relationships, create some extra motivation and start the day feeling good.

No workout. No pressure. Just good people, good conversation and a few steps to start the day right.
