What are we about? Full-body group fitness for everyone. We're boxing-inspired & community obsessed.

For 45 fast-flying minutes, we use the sweet science of boxing & heart-pumping HIIT to deliver a full-body workout that will build lean muscle, improve overall endurance, & torch calories round after round. Zero experience needed.

Exclusively for Nudgers, we're offering THREE private class options at our ROSSLYN LOCATION where for $20 a ticket you'll receive your class, glove rentals, & Quickwraps (for your hands) to keep! Plus, our friends at FAVOR are bringing FREE wellness shots for your pre-class boost and post-workout refreshment, while our neighbors at South Block will be sharing a discount for smoothies!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class time to ensure we have your first-timer paperwork signed (we'll also be sending them to you via email!), and to recieve your studio tour!

Then later on in the day, join us for a Nudger Happy Hour at Bronson Bierhall in Arlington (Ballston) where Nudgers will recieve 50% off their bar tabs!
