What you’ll receive over the Year:

• An understanding and practical application of becoming a lean & agile servant leader.

• Self-awareness around the skills required in your journey ahead

• Blended learning opportunities: 1-on-1 mentoring, group learning, interactive workshops

• Guidance, Mentorship and feedback along the journey

• 4 hours of 1-1 coaching over the course of 4 Weeks

This select group of individuals will transform their lives as they gain confidence, skills and transformational growth over the next 4 weeks.

You will learn:

Together, we’ll conquer these objectives by:

• One on one mentoring/coaching

At the end of our 40 weeks journey together, you will have:
