Michael Kingsley is the Cybersecurity Advisor for North Texas in CISA Region 6. Since 2012, he has held key cybersecurity roles at DHS and the Treasury Department, including Deputy CISO at FINCEN, Cybersecurity Program Manager for Customs and Border Protection, and positions in data center consolidation, cyber intelligence, and incident response.

Allison Schultz: Tactical Specialist - FBI Dallas Cyber Task Force

Tactical Specialist Allison Schultz was assigned to FBI Dallas’ Cyber Task Force in June 2024. Prior to joining FBI Dallas, TS Schultz spent two years as an analyst assigned to FBI Cyber Division, where she wrote intelligence reports regarding ransomware. In her current role, TS Schultz continues to provide intelligence and analysis supporting cyber-criminal computer intrusion investigations. TS Schultz is a native of Dallas, Texas, and holds degrees in Public Policy and Psychology from Southern Methodist University.

Ben is a Security & Risk Executive and recognized industry thought leader with more than 25 years of results driven experience in developing and executing security strategies.  Ben is a multi-tenured successful CISO and has built programs in global businesses from the ground up as well as completing technology transformations . Currently Ben serves as the Chief Security & Trust Officer for Halcyon, Halcyon is the first anti-ransomware engine and it is specifically tailored to address one of the most prevalent threats in the cyber industry today. Ben has served in global leadership roles at advanced technology, high risk, and rapid growth companies such as Ericsson (Cradlepoint), Qualys, Aristocrat, Tenable, Visa and Nokia. Ben is the Chairman for Freedoms Right, a youth oriented equestrian charity, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors for organizations such as IT-ISAC and NTXPKUA. He is an advisor for Syn Ventures and has previously served on Advisory boards for Noname Security, Living Security, TruStar, Mimecast, Qualys, and Accuvant.
