NSW Wine Month: Winmark x Briar Ridge x Zushi

Join Winmark Wines, Briar Ridge and Zushi Surry Hills for a one-night-only celebration of NSW wine and modern Japanese cuisine, created especially for NSW Wine Month.

Begin the evening with Winmark’s elegant Biosis Blanc de Blancs paired with a freshly shucked oyster, before sitting down to a specially curated three-course Japanese menu and dessert, paired with NSW wines.

Throughout the evening, wines will be presented side by side, giving guests the opportunity to explore and compare different varieties, regions and winemaking styles with each course. Discover the vibrant freshness of Briar Ridge Albariño, compare two distinctive expressions of Winmark Chardonnay, before moving into the depth and character of Briar Ridge Shiraz and Malbec with Wagyu. The evening concludes with Briar Ridge Muscat paired with dessert.

Representatives from Winmark and Briar Ridge will guide guests through each tasting, sharing the stories behind the wines, vineyards and winemaking, while each Zushi course has been thoughtfully selected to complement the wines being poured.
