NSW Consultation Session - 2027 International TPS Levy

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is conducting a series of consultation sessions on the draft settings of the 2027 International TPS Levy. Leviable education and training providers are invited to attend a consultation session to learn about and provide feedback on the draft levy settings.
The TPS Advisory Board provided its draft advice on the 2027 International TPS Levy settings to the TPS Director at the August 2026 Board meeting. Feedback received from the sector on the draft levy settings will be presented to the Board ahead of its November 2026 meeting, when the Board will provide its final levy settings advice to the TPS Director.
