NSU Music presents a performance of Brahms' longest work, the German Requiem (1868). Taking the composer three years to complete, this requiem is sacred but not specifically liturgical and features a variety of soloists over the course of its 80-minute run time.
This performance will highlight the talents of NSU faculty members Dr. Alison Moore, soprano, and Farren Mayfield and Dr. Ron Chioldi, piano, as well as guest artist Dr. Jonathan Stinson, baritone. The combined forces of the NSU University Chorus and NSU Community Chorus will be led by Dr. Jeffrey Wall.
General admission tickets are $8; student and senior tickets are $5. Visit nsumusic.ludus.com/200466934 to purchase.
