NSPN ASIST Training
About this Event
The Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is an intensive 2-day, 16-hour suicide prevention course to learn how to identify someone at risk for suicide and talk to them about how to stay safe for now. This training curriculum is created by Internationally recognized company, LivingWorks.
Understand issue of suicide, how to talk to someone about suicide, and gain experience role playing suicide prevention scenarios to keep someone safe for now. Appropriate for general public and professionals alike. 18 and older.
$50 plus EventBrite platform fee. If you do not wish to pay the platform fee, contact Anna Sever, [email protected] to pay by check or Zelle NSPN's business account.
Cost is nonrefundable. The registration cost will be considered a donation to National Suicide Prevention Network (NSPN) for those registering then unable to attend*.
CEs available through LivingWorks for an additional cost.

*Workshop must have at least 20 attendees for the workshop to be operational, per workshop fidelity standards. Registered attendees will be contacted on Friday, July 3rd, if the class is at risk for being cancelled. In such event, all registrations will be refunded.
