About this Event
Your voice has power. How can you use your voice and influence to drive better education and career outcomes for First Nations Peoples? How can we integrate Indigenous perspectives into RMIT programs and policies and really embody Responsible Practice? What impact might this have on future generations of all Australians?
Panel line-up: Lewis Brown (Reconciliation Advisor, STEM), Cathy Doe (Reconciliation Advisor, DSC), Rotem Hockman (Learning Technologist & Ngulu member, Operations), Tara Waller (Head, Culture & Inclusion), Dr Damiano Spiner (Senior Lecturer, Computing Technologies, STEM)
Native-inspired refreshments will be served on arrival while you connect with colleagues and immerse yourself in the 'River' soundtrack 2021 (William Barton & Australian Chamber Orchestra). The panel yarn and an open Q&A will follow at 11.25am.
You don’t want to miss this conversation as we move through NRW to NAIDOC Week (2-9 July) and consider the Voice to Parliament referendum.
