Keynote:
Title: The Power is in your Patterns

Overview of topic:
This session explores how the patterns we follow in our daily lives—our thoughts, reactions, and consistent actions—directly influence our success. It highlights that achieving meaningful progress in real estate, leadership, or personal growth isn’t just about strategy; it’s about recognizing and reshaping the habits that guide us. Attendees will learn how to identify unproductive patterns, rewire their mindset, and build sustainable momentum. The discussion is practical, transformative, and focused on helping you create lasting change both in business and in life.

Introducing our Speaker:
Coach Mike Depeazer is a Certified Life Coach and Performance Trainer with over 20 years of experience in leadership, communication, and client development. He is the founder of the GOAT Mindset Project—a transformational coaching program designed to help individuals break through self-limiting beliefs and take bold action toward their goals.

Three key points that will be discussed in this keynote:
* Identity Drives Everything Before behaviour changes, identity must change. Who you believe you are shapes every pattern, decision, and result.
* Patterns Create Outcomes Your daily habits - gratitude, reflection, focus, consistency, generosity - determine your rhythm, your frequency, and your future.
* Action Anchors the Transformation Small, intentional actions done consistently (time-blocking, reflection, 300% rule, daily gratitude) lock in the identity and patterns you want to live out.

Two Key Takeaways:
* The 5-Year Vision Blueprint – A guided exercise that helps members map out a detailed, future version of themselves, giving them a clear “GPS destination” for their life and career.
* The Identity & Environment Audit – A one-page tool that allows members to identify who they are becoming, what patterns they need to shift, and which environments or relationships support their growth.

What you can expect to gain as a viewer:
This presentation will give viewers clarity, alignment, and direction. They’ll walk away with a clear 5-year vision, a deeper understanding of their identity, and practical tools to reshape their habits, environment, and daily decisions. In short, it helps them stop drifting and start designing the life they actually want.

The Venue:
The Winnipeg Squash Racquet Club (WSRC) is a premier, historic private club in Winnipeg, Manitoba, established in 1909 as a venue for sports, business, and social networking.
