NPC Atlanta Posing Seminars (MAY 23)

Wings of Strength proudly presents the monthly workshop series “Road to the NPC Atlanta Classic – Posing Seminars,” designed specifically for NPC amateur athletes preparing to compete at the NPC Lenda Murray Atlanta Classic on August 8–9, 2026.

These seminars provide the perfect opportunity for competitors to refine their stage presentation, perfect their posing, and gain valuable insights from some of the best in the industry. Athletes will receive hands-on guidance from IFBB Pros, as well as feedback from experienced judges to help them bring their best package to the stage.

Participants will also have the chance to learn from Lenda Murray, 8× Ms. Olympia and one of the most decorated champions in bodybuilding history.
