Guided Music Listening at Passenger Recovery
In this workshop, we will practice focused and concentrated listening, guided by experienced performer, composer and instructor Bryan Wolf. The participants will learn to listen and use music as a method of reaching a contemplative state, improving mindfulness, being in the moment, improving quality of life, promoting relaxation, improving mood, reducing anxiety. There will be surprises and new insights for everyone!
And we’ll learn to communicate about music more effectively by talking about the historical context and learning to analyze the structures and forms of the pieces we’re listening to!
