Join us for the first edition of NOVO DIA, an immersive wellness, art, and food experience in the reclaimed Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla.
Together we will explore the Museum’s breathtaking views, mind-expanding art exhibitions, and innovative architecture, all while participating in an environment of spiritual healing and personal growth experiences through wellness practices.
Come experience yoga, sound bath, breathwork, guided meditation, reiki, workshops, and more. Arrive early to enjoy a nourishing breakfast, revitalizing organic juices, and a mocktail bar carefully crafted by the Museum’s exclusive vendor.
WHAT TO EXPECT
NOVO DIA begins at 9:00AM, with doors opening at 8:45AM with access to breakfast for respective ticket holders.
Whether or not you’ve purchased a breakfast access pass, upon arrival attendees will be able to peruse the museum art galleries, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, and will have a chance to connect with our event partners in the sponsor expo.
At 9:15AM, Riff’s Studio will kick off the day with an opening Cacao Ceremony, which will flow into a 45-minute vinyasa yoga session, with concurrent Sound Bath + Guided Meditation, and Breath Work + Reiki classes beginning at 9:30AM.
Attendees will have the ability to register for different classes and workshops happening throughout the day, respective to their ticket pass type. Registration for classes will take place online two weeks prior to the event and you will receive an email from us. You MUST have a ticket to be able to register for classes.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Yoga/Athletic attire is highly encouraged. Mats will not be provided, please bring your own yoga mat and towel.
SHOULD I BRING MY OWN FLOOR MAT?
Please bring your own floor mat as we WON'T have floor mats available for use, sale or rent during the event.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES?
Registration and class schedule will be available soon. By purchasing your ticket now you will receive priority and early access to class and workshop registration.
WHAT’S ALLOWED?
Small backpacks, and personal reusable water bottles will be allowed.
WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY FOOD, BEVERAGE, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT DURING THE EVENT?
No, the Museum of Contemporary Art doesn't allow any sales in their property so everything in this event will be all-inclusive with the purchase of a ticket. Please see the different ticket types below and what they offer.
Please do NOT bring pets, professional video/photo equipment or food and beverage (other than personal reusable water bottles).

What to wear?
Sport/yoga attire is highly encouraged, floor mats and class accessories will NOT be provided nor be available for sale or rent during the event. Please make sure to bring your floor matt. Small backpacks are allowed.
What should I bring?

Where is the museum located?
The museum is located in the heart of La Jolla overlooking the ocean, one hour North of Chula Vista, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, and right off the 5 and 15 freeways.

Is event reentry allowed?
Reentry is allowed only with the event wristband given by our staff.
Will I be able to buy food, beverage, or any other product or service during the event?
No, there will be no food, beverage, or any other product or service available for sale during the event. Although drinking fountains will be available, if you wish to eat and/or drink on-site, you must purchase a Expand or Elevate ticket as there will be no vendors selling food or beverage. Outside food and beverage WILL NOT be allowed to be brought into the venue.
Where to enter / park / rideshare / drop off?
The entrance for the event will be on the back, ocean-side of the museum. Valet is only included with Elevate tickets. Parking is street parking only, we highly encourage attendees to use a rideshare or get dropped off. There will be directional signage promoting the entrance to the event, and museum staff will also be located around the venue for additional directional support if needed.

Please make sure to arrive at your scheduled classes no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled class time.

Can I bring my own photo and/or video equipment?
No professional photography or video equipment will be allowed into the venue.
Will there be a map or event schedule?
Event map and schedule will be available at the entrance, staff will also be located throughout the museum and can assist with any directional needs.
What does the museum strictly prohibit?
Smoking of any kind on the property.
Food & Beverage are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
Food & Beverage are not allowed to be taken outside of the venue nor outside of the dining area.
