During the meet you’ll get 3 attempts at each lift.
Your best lift of each event is what counts towards your total.
You’ll learn how to submit rack heights for the monolift and bench.
You’ll be given advice on the rules and we have 3 experienced national and international powerlifters as our referees.
Our spotters & loaders are also experienced in helping at every competition we host so you’ll be in safe hands.
You must not have competed with any powerlifting federation & qualified for national or international competitions to enter this event.
All competitors receive a T-Shirt
