Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro has thoughtfully crafted each dish to highlight the rich, seasonal flavors of autumn. Each course has been paired with a distinctive wine from Michele Chiarlo, a prestigious winery known for producing exceptional Italian wines. From the citrus-infused Risotto Limone with Skull Island prawn to the luxurious Tajarin al Porcini e Tartufo Bianco, each bite and sip is designed to offer a perfect harmony of flavors.
