Do you have a wonderful dog who doesn’t know his name, or just simply a lack of training? Teenager and adult dogs are a lot like teenage humans, they don't want to listen, they have an attitude, they're socially awkward, and they'll do the opposite of what you say!
We use our time to teach basic obedience and good habits, such as crate training, leash skills, basic commands, staying calm, and positive socialization with other dogs and people. We'll work on focused attention in this class, while building upon foundation skills. Learning to be around other dogs whilst still paying attention to you. We address issues such as separation anxiety, fear and reactivity, so you can be aware of these situations and prevent them from happening in the first place.
Our goal is to have a confident dog that knows the basic skills, and can be calm and pay attention to you in different environments. Remember, dogs are considered puppies until they are 18 months old!
The 5-week series is $150.00. Class meets once a week for 5 weeks, starting on the date shown below. Each class is 45 minutes. Up to two people can attend with your dog.
